K&H Equities Rt. is a subsidiary of K&H Bank. Founded in 2001, it became a legal successor of ABM AMRO Equities Rt., and had a dominant role in the Hungarian equity market. It offered securities trading services for institutional, corporate, and private clients. It offered securities trading services, such as brokerage, portfolio management, management of accounts, foreign/domestic equity trading, futures trading, FX futures trading, securities quotation and issuance etc. It maintains significant international and domestic clientele, offering its services through the network 168 branch offices. As universal banking became legal the company’s clients and assets were absorbed by the mother company, K&H Bank in 2003.
