Closed Joint Stock Company OTP Bank Ukraine is a subsidiary of OTP Bank. It is dynamically growing, with a firm foothold set onto the market, ensuring high quality of service to its customers in accordance with OTP Bank standards. On 31 December 2007 the Bank’s market share based on total assets was 3.1%, and its share of retail deposits was 1.5%, within which it had a 2.5% share in foreign-currency deposits. The Bank’s market share in respect of retail loans was 4.1%. 2007 witnessed expansion of grater scale with numbers of branches growing from 65 to 158. Bank currently has 3,500 employees serving 121,000 customers.
