Fraud Prevention Management Solutions

Capsys Ltd. possesses unique expertise in optimizing core banking fraud systems according to customer requirements. Based on market trends, Capsys develops and sells these enhancements as proprietary products to streamline the workflows of institutions using PRM and other fraud management systems.

Multiple Fraud Module:

The Capsys Multiple Fraud base module is designed to simplify operational processes. The PRM fundamentally divides data into so-called Dimensions, representing different types of business objects, such as bank card, account, login ID, merchant, terminal, etc. The Multiple Fraud module ensures that a fraud flag related to a given transaction appears across all relevant dimensions used in the PRM, not just the initiating dimension. Similarly, when a fraud flag is revoked, Capsys’ solution guarantees that the revocation is applied to all affected dimensions, not only the initiating one.

Linked Account Module:

The Linked Account data collection and enrichment base module has two primary functions. The first is data collection, which maintains the relationships between dimension identifiers accessible from both the real-time and near real-time databases. This allows for easy determination of which cards, accounts, or devices belong to a given customer. The collected data can then be utilized in rule engines and supplementary functions such as fraud detection.

The second function is data enrichment: if a transaction arrives missing a dimension identifier, the system fills it in based on existing data. For example, if an account number is missing from a card transaction, the module identifies the account linked to the card and automatically completes the missing field. This results in a more detailed transaction list, simplifying case handling.
